10 moves in 10 minutes. No equipment but plenty of perspiration. This total body fat loss circuit can be done anytime, anywhere and has an eclectic mix of core, cardio, strength, and mobility moves for a complete fitness experience. Perform each move for 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest between moves:
1. Cross-Body Jumping Jacks
2. Crab Reaches
3. Multi-Level Split Runners- Left
4. Multi-Level Split Runners- Right
5. Wounded Bear- Left
6. Wounded Bear- Right
7. Sprinter Steps- Left
8. Sprinter Steps- Right
9. 3-Way Pushup
10. Skater Jump to Shuffle
That's 1 round. Do a single round as a starter or finisher. Do 3-5 rounds for a full workout.
