This is an ADVANCED RAPID FAT LOSS & CONDITIONING WORKOUT and the third installment of this series! There’s a built-in warmup. Perform each move for 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest (Tabata format) between moves:
1. 1-Leg Blast-Off Pushups- Left
2. 1-Leg Blast-Off Pushups- Right
3. Band Skater Chops- Left
4. Band Skater Chops- Right
5. Med Ball 1-Arm Floor Shotputs- Left
6. Med Ball 1-Arm Floor Shotputs- Right
7. Spider Kettlebell Swings- Left
8. Spider Kettlebell Swings- Right
9. Split Jump Waves
10. Burpee Pushup Waves
That’s 1 round that takes 5 minutes complete. Do a single round as a starter or finisher. Do 3-5 rounds for a full workout, resting 1-2 minutes between rounds. See the full instructional video (where I talk technique) on my IGTV channel. Music is “MONSTER”
