The exterior design is pure Citroën, with a mix of flowing lines and sharp creases that result in a very distinctive look. Owners can spec three different roof colors that match other accent pieces around the car, as well as nine different body colors, for a two-tone appearance. Think of the super cool Citroën C4 Cactus, only smaller. And speaking of the Cactus, that car’s innovative Airbump panels make their way onto the new C3. Under the hood, the C3 comes with a choice of three PureTech gasoline engines or two BlueHDi diesel powertrains. What’s more, the diminutive hatch comes equipped with features like hill-start assist, lane departure warning, blind spot monitoring, driver attention alert, a backup camera, and more. Inside, the cabin is awash in interesting fabrics and unique designs, but technology takes center stage. Housed in the seven-inch touchscreen is Citroën's Connect Nav system, with a full navigation suite and other infotainment technologies, including Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and MirrorLink. Another really cool feature is something calledConnectedCAM Citroën, which uses a camera located behind the rear-view mirror that can capture images and video and upload them directly to your social media channels. In other words, stop taking selfies while you’re driving and just let the C3 do it for you, so you can keep your hands on the wheel.
